The quality of manufactured products of OJSC BELAZ – the management company of the holding company BELAZ-HOLDING (hereinafter referred to as OJSC BELAZ) is of great importance. The enterprise has always strived to be at the forefront in the implementation of the latest quality tools.
OJSC BELAZ was one of the first enterprises in the mechanical engineering industry of the Republic of Belarus to implement a Quality Management System (QMS), certifying it in the National Conformity Assessment System and in the German DAKKS system for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 in 2000.
Today, planning the required quality and achieving it is the most important direction of the enterprise policy. Moreover, more and more attention is paid to such categories as the quality of technology, management, ecology, and other aspects of activity. Following in the mainstream of this movement, OJSC BELAZ is modernizing production using modern technologies, high-performance equipment, the latest control and measuring instruments and measuring systems.
In order to remain a competitive organization, OJSC BELAZ is building an effective Quality Management System based on a risk-oriented project-process approach using management techniques and tools.
All this allowed BELAZ OJSC to successfully pass certification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 in 2021.
Today, the certificate of conformity of the Quality Management System of OJSC BELAZ – the management company of the holding BELAZ-HOLDING in relation to the development, production and maintenance of quarry dump trucks, special vehicles, automobile, construction and road equipment, the development and production of consumer goods meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9001:2015 in the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus.
Quarry dump trucks are supplied to more than 70 countries worldwide, therefore our products must comply with international safety and environmental requirements, have a high technical level and competitiveness. This is achieved by complying with the requirements of: technical regulations of the Customs Union, international standards.
Quarry equipment manufactured by the enterprise is subject to mandatory confirmation of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 010/2011 “On the safety of machinery and equipment”, which is confirmed by the presence of declarations of conformity with the requirements of TR CU 010/2011.
At the request of consumers who are not members of the Customs Union, confirmation of conformity of quarry equipment is carried out in the form of voluntary certification in the National Conformity Confirmation System with the issuance of a certificate of conformity. Currently, certificates of conformity in the National Conformity Confirmation System are valid for the following products:
– BELAZ-75585 quarry dump truck;
– BELAZ-7547 family quarry dump truck;
– BELAZ-7555 family quarry dump truck;
– BELAZ-7530 family quarry dump truck.
