The demand of Cummins QSK60 engines become very hot recently, however, all of the Cummins QSK60 engines used in Belaz mining dump truck is old version which equipped with HPI fuel system, while all the latest Cummins QSK60 industrial engines are equipped with Cummins MCRS fuel system, this brings problems for customer to replace their old QSK60 engines. While Cummins QSK60 generator set drive engine still equipped with HPI fuel system, which is a best option to replace Cummins QSK60-C engine in Belaz mining dump truck, considering both technical and economics.
MTU engines has been widely used in 130-450 Tons Belaz mining dump truck, covers Belaz 7513, 7517, 7530, 7531, 7560, 7571 series dump trucks.
